Summary

Wiz is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Partner Excellence & Strategy to join our WW Channels & Alliances Organization.  In this role you will serve as the operational engine behind our partner go-to-market execution.   Working within a collaborative team environment you will establish the frameworks, processes, and metrics that ensure consistency across partner-facing teams and drive repeatable, scalable partner sales plays.  You will leverage the framework of our overarching partner programs to drive success both internally and externally.   Sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, and Revenue Operations, this vital contributor will ensure that partner-driven revenue is measurable, predictable, and aligned with company growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

Program Development & Management 

  • Define and implement the "Partner Gold Standard” by analyzing performance across sales, sourcing, and delivery; identify the traits, capabilities, and investments that distinguish top-performing partners.
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner program adoption, execution, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.  Drive adoption of partner scorecards, dashboards, and best practices across the global partner organization.
  • Collect, aggregate, and frame blueprints for successful channel sales plays.   Create strategy to standardize sales plays and introduce them across the partner community.   Help the field partner team prioritize investments and deeper engagement where the greatest impact can be made.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Partner Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on joint sales motions, partner attach strategies, and demand generation
  • Develop partner performance scorecards and dashboards to drive accountability, highlight leading indicators, and guide quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Support the Partner Leadership Team in developing partner strategy, defining priorities, and driving alignment with broader company goals.
  • Drive adoption of partner scorecards, dashboards, and best practices across the global partner organization.
  • Codify best practices and repeatable playbooks to enable scalability and consistency across programs.
  • Equip partner-facing teams with clear frameworks by packaging training and tools to execute sales plays and drive measurable outcomes

Operational Excellence

  • Establish governance models, frameworks, and processes that drive accountability, transparency, and consistency.
  • Standardize execution across partner account managers and alliance leads, ensuring consistent messaging, reporting, and measurement of partner-driven revenue.
  • Implement operational cadences (QBRs, scorecards, play performance reviews) to track progress, resolve blockers, and optimize execution
  • Lead program reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners, embedding feedback loops for continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify execution gaps, implement corrective actions, and continuously refine the partner operating model.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of  management experience in Channel/Alliances or individual contribution
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience building and managing complex projects, including demonstrated expertise in developing operational frameworks, conducting internal audits, and implementing governance controls for partner ecosystems
  • Experience with process automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • A teammate and change champion with a bias for action (validated experience of leading others to think and act differently according to business needs)
  • Forward-thinking, results-oriented, values collaboration, self-motivated, and willing to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven program and project management acumen with a track record of effectively leading multifaceted initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build content & professional decks in Microsoft PPT, SharePoint, and Google
  • Experience working on enterprise technology  initiatives with business-wide scope and impact
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as IT, HR, Legal, Enablement and Operations
  • Strong adaptability and team player with a collaborative working style
  • High attention to detail, processes, and organization
  • Demonstrated experience presenting detailed and complex go-to-market concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization (e.g., clear and compelling "storyteller" with accurate insights and well-thought-out recommendations

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$152,000$208,000 USD
