Job Description:

We welcome US-based remote candidates.

The Senior Manager, Paid Social is responsible for planning and activating paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.. You’ll lead a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across a multitude of social platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage daily paid social operations including campaign pacing, optimizations, and ad build delegation
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Work directly with client to discuss strategy, planning.
  • Present weekly reporting and QBRs to client
  • Attend planning meetings with client and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide POVs both proactively and when requested for strategic testing and alpha opportunities
  • Foster collaboration with other channels (such as Search and Display) and partner with Client Services
  • Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media in an agency or brand side environment
  • Previous experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital media landscape for both branding and product sales campaigns, with preferred experience in retail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of implementing, optimizing and making client recommendations for full-funnel paid social campaigns
  • Experience with testing and learning for paid social campaigns

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 to $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
