We're looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Growth Marketing who thinks in full systems. You'll own the content engine that drives discovery, the web experience that converts visitors into leads, and the optimization loops that make both better over time. This is not a "publish and pray" content role. It's a revenue-accountable position that spans content strategy, SEO/AEO, conversion rate optimization, and inbound channel performance.
You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to ensure that every inbound touchpoint, from a blog post to a landing page to an LLM mention, is working as hard as it can to generate and accelerate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own a rolling 12-month content roadmap aligned to GTM motions, product launches, ABX campaigns, and sales cycles
- Build a consistent publishing cadence starting with one SEO/AEO-optimized pillar article per week, expanding into guides, case studies, and visual content over time
- Own content atomization — every major asset (webinar, guide, case study) produces multiple downstream formats across channels
- Ensure all content themes align with ICP targeting to serve as both campaign entry points and nurture touchpoints
- Own Verifiable's optimization roadmap across traditional search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/AI search), including schema markup, semantic triples, and query fan-out structures
- Drive non-branded organic growth — Verifiable captures ~25% of traffic from non-branded terms despite nearly 1M non-branded impressions
- Monitor how LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity) categorize Verifiable and develop strategies to correct miscategorization and improve share of voice
- Partner with web/dev to maintain technical SEO health across the Webflow site
- Own strategy and execution for inbound conversion paths — demo request forms, gated content, landing pages, and key entry points
- Build and manage a continuous A/B and multivariate testing program tied to pipeline outcomes, not just form fills
- Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to track lead quality downstream and collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure website messaging resonates with target buyers
- Lead end-to-end webinar and video production — scripting, guest management, post-production, and distribution
- Scale the webinar program from 2–3 to 6–8 per year, with each program generating net-new pipeline and producing downstream assets including blog posts, social clips, and sales snippets
- Define and own Verifiable's voice on LinkedIn and Reddit — the two platforms most actively tapped by LLMs for brand sentiment
- Partner with internal SMEs to build a thought leadership content system that extends reach beyond the brand page
- Implement social listening to track sentiment shifts and brand mentions month-over-month

Qualifications
- 8+ years in inbound, content, or growth marketing with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS

- Hands-on CRO experience: has owned A/B testing programs and conversion funnel optimization and can connect results to pipeline
- Strong SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, schema markup, and technical SEO awareness
- Fluent in AEO/AI search — understands how LLMs source and surface content and has experimented with it firsthand
- End-to-end video and webinar production experience
- Exceptional writer and editor — translates complex or technical concepts into content that resonates with business buyers
- Experience with complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying decisions
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building third-party placement programs — guest posts, byline articles, podcast appearances — with a focus on LLM citation value, not just backlinks
