WHAT WE'LL NEED

We are seeking a Sr. Manager Ops Integration to represent the voice of Operations at our Global Success Center by driving strategic Ops initiatives to improve Guests’ experience and providing guidance on Ops procedures across various cross functional projects. 

  • Exceptional project management abilities and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple priorities. This role will lead some projects (examples: revising current Ops procedures to improve accuracy & speed of service) and be a contributing

  • Work with our internal Ops team and Brand Partners (franchisees) to communicate Ops procedure changes and seek feedback on current projects

  • Present strategies and results to various levels at Wingstop, from junior team members to our Senior Leadership Team

  • Able to build relationships and rally team members toward a common goal. Able to influence across the organization.

  • Work in a fast pace, agile environment. Must be able to pivot and successfully manage change.

  • This role spends time in our restaurants and at our Global Support Center (GSC).

  • Currently this role is an individual contributor, and you may manage people in the future.

  • Ability to travel 10% - 15% 

 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in restaurant, retail, or multi-unit operations

  • 3–5+ years in a corporate operations, field leadership, or cross-functional integration role

  • Experience working with franchisees or multi-unit operators strongly preferred

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation

  • Experience driving initiatives that improve guest experience, speed of service, or operational accuracy

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into executable operational plans

  • Data-driven decision-making and comfort interpreting operational KPIs

  • Ability to identify gaps in processes and recommend scalable solutions

  • Strategic thinker with strong operational and analytical acumen

  • Adaptable, agile, and comfortable managing change

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field required

  • MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) preferred
