About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft cloud and end user computing investments.

We support organizations of all sizes looking to deploy, manage, and cost-optimize native Microsoft technologies. We partner with Enterprises and Managed Service Providers all over the world to add value on top of their existing native Microsoft investments like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Microsoft Intune.

Created in 2016, Nerdio has always taken a market-leading and collaborative approach to cloud deployment and management. In fact, our product roadmap is greatly influenced by the regular feedback we receive from having seen companies deploy AVD into production environments several thousand times using Nerdio technology.

Today, Nerdio is used in over 50 countries by more than 15,000 organizations of every size and vertical. We’re committed to delivering exceptional service and support, which starts with identifying and supporting the best staff possible.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for individuals who are collaborative, empathetic, driven and who love to move at the speed of light. If you want to be part of the AVD transformation that Microsoft and Nerdio are leading, then we want to speak with you.

About the role

Nerdio is seeking a Senior Manager, MSP Demand Generation to own the demand generation strategy, channel mix, and funnel performance for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) segment. You will build and lead a small, high-impact team, defining how Nerdio reaches, converts, and expands MSP accounts through the right balance of new business, deal acceleration, and expansion activity.

This role owns MSP demand gen strategy, channel and promotional approach, and funnel efficiency, while partnering closely with the Integrated Marketing team, who own the campaign calendar execution. Managing a team of three Nerdios, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting strategic direction for their function while staying close to execution alongside their team.

AI will be core to how you and your teamwork. You will be a hands-on user of Claude and other AI tools, using them to move faster in developing and executing demand generation plans, understanding performance, and optimizing performance.

What you'll do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three, setting clear goals and investing in their growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration within the MSP demand gen function.

Demand Generation Strategy & Channel Ownership

  • Partner closely with the Integrated Marketing team to translate demand gen strategy into executed campaigns — this role owns the strategy, channel mix, and funnel targets; Integrated Marketing owns the campaign calendar and cross-channel execution.

Events & Field Marketing

  • Partner directly with the Events Marketing team member to plan and execute MSP-focused field events, trade shows, user groups, and partner events that support pipeline goals.
  • Ensure event strategy is fully integrated with broader campaign themes and messaging.

  • Define and own KPIs for MSP campaign and event performance, including pipeline contribution, ROI, and channel efficiency.
  • Report results to leadership on a regular cadence, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.

Prospect & Partner Experience

  • Ensure all MSP campaign touchpoints deliver a consistent, engaging experience from first touch through opportunity creation.
  • Identify and close gaps in the MSP buyer and partner journey in collaboration with functional marketing leads.
