OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Own programmatic supply and yield strategy

  • Define SSP strategy and inventory monetization

  • Lead yield optimization including pricing, floors, and auction dynamics

  • Maximize inventory value across PMP, preferred deals, and open exchange

Drive programmatic demand and activation

  • Enable DSP activation across managed service and self-service

  • Partner with sales to scale programmatic revenue and adoption

  • Optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights

Build operating model and platform capabilities

  • Establish governance for programmatic execution and measurement

  • Partner with Product and Engineering on ad tech stack and integrations

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across teams and partners

Developing Talent and Teammate Engagement

  • Build effective cross-functional working teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals by establishing common objectives and a shared mindset.

  • Develops talent through coaching, feedback, exposure, and stretch assignments in order to meet their own career goals as well as the organization’s priorities

  • Partner with department leadership to establish strategic staffing and succession plans; successfully deliver on proposed staffing objectives.

  • Drive engagement by creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives; focus on voice of teammate data (e.g., Engagement & Pulse results), partnering with organization leadership to drive necessary changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related subject

  • 7-10 years experience in of programmatic, ad tech, or retail media experience with deep expertise across SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and yield optimization. Experience managing both sell-side monetization and buy-side activation strategies.

  • ​eCommerce Experience

  • Retail Media Network Experience

  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with adobe analytics or comparable web analytics system    

  • Experience with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)

  • Experience with SSPs (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Magnite, PubMatic)

  • Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem, auction dynamics, and monetization strategy. Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Targeted Pay Range: $95,200.00 - $158,800.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
