Senior Marketing Manager – Government Solutions

Location: U.S. (Remote) East Coast Preferred
Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company match, paid time off, parental leave, wellness programs, and professional development support

About the Role

Are you a marketing leader who thrives on solving complex challenges across global markets? We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive high-impact initiatives for our Government Solutions and Aviation business, with a focus on shaping go-to-market strategies, launching new offerings, and elevating our brand across federal, defense, and agency sectors. Although prior experience in B2G is advantageous, the primary requirement is a marketing professional who possesses a strong understanding of how marketing interfaces with commercial operations, has practical experience with multi-channel campaigns, and can adjust to the specific requirements of the government and aviation industries.

This is a hands-on role where the ability to execute is just as critical as marketing thinking. You’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves, manage programs from concept to delivery, and ensure that marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow Awareness and Engagement: Develop and execute targeted marketing programs for federal and defense fuel procurement, including competitive analysis, messaging, audience development, and campaign planning.
  • Own the Message: Create and manage content across all touchpoints—web, social media, print, and digital—to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
  • Drive Demand: Manage lead generation and campaign performance, optimizing for conversion and ROI.
  • Represent the Brand: Manage industry events, government forums, and trade shows in collaboration with our Global Events team.
  • Strengthen Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with government procurement associations and energy networks.
  • Bid and Sales Enablement (as needed): Collaborate with the sales and bid teams to enhance proposal success through writing and design.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee global government marketing spend and ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Lead Offer-to-Market Development & Product Launches: Drive go-to-market planning for new government-focused products and services. This includes positioning, messaging, launch strategy, internal enablement, and post-launch performance tracking.

What You Bring

  • Ability to deliver impactful programs and projects given defined resources and competing priorities
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns—preferably in B2G or public sector environments.
  • Experience leading offer-to-market development and launching new products or services.
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills, including experience with PR and media outreach.
  • Experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior commercial leaders.
  • Project management expertise and a proactive, growth-oriented, and commercial mindset.
  • MBA preferred or equivalent experience in marketing.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a strategic impact in a mission-critical sector
  • Collaborate with global teams and industry leaders
  • Lead innovative marketing initiatives that shape public sector energy solutions
