We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing & Brand Experiences to join our remote, nationwide team. This role supports all territories across the U.S. and includes travel.

About the Job
The Senior Manager, Marketing & Brand Experiences, plays a key executional and coordination role within the Marketing team, supporting both external client-facing communications and high-impact internal and industry events. This role blends creativity, organization, and operational excellence, serving as a hands-on contributor and lead project manager for marketing deliverables and marquee company experiences.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative professional who enjoys owning details, bringing ideas to life, and ensuring complex projects move forward smoothly. While not a final decision-maker, this role is responsible for driving momentum—bringing the right people together, tracking progress, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring marketing and event deliverables are executed at a high level.

The Manager, Marketing & Brand Experiences, supports Access’s most important internal moments—including Envision (all-company meeting), Achievers (company incentive trip), IMEX (annual client and industry tradeshow), and National Sales-led client events—while also contributing to ongoing client marketing communications and brand initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Contributions & Thought Leadership

  • Support the execution of Access’s marketing and brand strategy through consistent, high-quality client communications and experiences.

  • Act as a central project coordinator for key internal meetings, events, and industry-facing activations, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

  • Apply creative thinking and design expertise to elevate marketing materials, event branding, and client-facing deliverables.

  • Bring structure, organization, and operational rigor to complex projects involving multiple teams, timelines, and vendors.

  • Contribute ideas and solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact across marketing and event initiatives.

Client Marketing Communications & Deliverables

  • Support the creation and execution of client-facing marketing communications, including presentations, digital assets, email campaigns, and branded materials.

  • Design and manage marketing deliverables using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Publisher, Figma, Active Campaign and other design platforms.

  • Partner with Sales, Creative, and Events teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with client objectives.

  • Maintain version control, timelines, and approval workflows for marketing deliverables.

Project Management for Key Internal & Industry Events

  • Serve as the lead project manager (execution-focused) for major internal and external initiatives, including:

    • All Company Meeting – Envision

    • Company Incentive Trip – Achievers

    • Annual Client & Industry Conference – IMEX

    • National Sales Team client events and bespoke experiences

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists to ensure milestones are met.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and leadership stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.

  • Track action items, dependencies, and risks, proactively escalating issues when needed.

Event Operations, Registration & Logistics Support

  • Manage event registration platforms such as Cvent, including build-out, reporting, and attendee communications.

  • Support hotel sourcing, contracting, and room block management in partnership with internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with onsite execution planning, pre-event communications, and post-event follow-up.

  • Track budgets, invoices, and expenses related to marketing and event initiatives, ensuring accuracy and fiscal responsibility.

Data, Systems & Operational Excellence

  • Utilize Salesforce to support event tracking, client communications, reporting, and post-event insights.

  • Maintain organized documentation for event plans, marketing assets, timelines, and budgets.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes within marketing and event execution.

  • Support reporting and recap efforts to capture learnings and outcomes from key initiatives.

Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative, Events, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Support consistent brand expression across all marketing and event touchpoints.

  • Contribute to internal alignment by ensuring stakeholders have clear communication, timelines, and expectations.

What Success Looks Like

  • Project Delivery – successful, on-time execution of marketing initiatives and events.

  • Quality of Deliverables – consistency, creativity, and accuracy of marketing and event materials.

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction – feedback from internal teams and leadership on project coordination and execution.

  • Budget Management – adherence to approved budgets and accurate tracking of expenses.

  • Process Improvement – documented efficiencies or improvements implemented within marketing or event workflows.
