Join our team

At GoDaddy, we are looking for a Senior Manager Marketing to join our team! This individual will be a key member of the Lifecycle Marketing team that helps to translate lifecycle strategy into clearly defined measurable marketing initiatives that deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. This role owns execution and performance of lifecycle programs across multiple channels, working cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, measured consistently, and continuously improved based on data and customer insights!

What you'll get to do...

  • Own end-to-end coordination of relationship marketing programs across channels such as email, CDT, SMS, WhatsApp and others – from intake and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization
  • Serve as the primary owner for assigned lifecycle programs and workstreams, accountable for results, timelines, prioritization, and resolving customer concerns
  • Translate lifecycle strategies into clear marketing asks, campaign plans, and requirements, partnering with collaborators across the organization to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution
  • Define and build success metrics for campaigns and initiatives and ensure results are measured, analyzed, and clearly communicated
  • Assess and continuously optimize campaign and customer‑conversation effectiveness through experimentation and test‑and‑learn approaches, and data-driven customer insight
  • Manage and prioritize work within your lifecycle scope in alignment with team and company goals
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or underperformance and recommend corrective actions to improve outcomes
  • Prioritize and manage a slate of special projects designed to track progress, improve customer experience, identify lifecycle gaps, and document lifecycle strategies
  • Committed to championing a connected, cohesive customer experience across all outbound lifecycle marketing initiatives

Your experience should include...

  • 8+ years of hands-on customer/lifecycle marketing experience
  • Deep experience accomplishing and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across email and other outbound/on-site channels (e.g., SMS, in-app/on-site messaging)
  • Proven ability to get results with large, diverse customer audiences using robust marketing automation platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to own multiple initiatives end-to-end in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, translating strategy into clear creative, analytical, and operational requirements
  • Expertise in A/B testing and test-and-learning experimentation; able to analyze quantitative/qualitative data to surface insights and inform decisions

You might also have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience

We've got your back...  We offer a range of total rewards that may include paid time off, retirement savings (e.g., 401k, pension schemes), bonus/incentive eligibility, equity grants, participation in our employee stock purchase plan, competitive health benefits, and other family-friendly benefits including parental leave.
