About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our B2B lifecycle marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative lifecycle programs across multiple channels to drive conversions, enhance customer engagement, and maximize lifetime value for our suite of agent-focused insurance and fintech products.

You will manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers, drive high impact conversion strategies, and ensure effective execution of programs across email, SMS, in-product and other channels. You will be a data-driven leader, leveraging experimentation and insights to create compelling experiences and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep operational expertise, a passion for experimentation and optimization, and at least 8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B lifecycle marketing strategy to drive client acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion across various product lines.
  • Lead and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs, focusing on driving conversions, nurturing relationships, and improving client lifetime value.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Creative, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define client journeys and integrate lifecycle marketing into a cohesive customer experience.
  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign management process, including strategic planning, creative briefing, audience segmentation, A/B testing, execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate lifecycle marketing effectiveness. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders, clearly demonstrating marketing’s impact on business objectives.
  • Continuously analyze client data, campaign results, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and enhanced engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines specific to B2B marketing communications within the insurance and financial services industries.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and developing lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, extract actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Customer IO, Braze, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, personalization strategies, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. 
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations

The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $203,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
