Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and executing learning and development programs for adult admissions teams, ensuring consistent delivery of training, skill development, and employee engagement initiatives. Supports the Director of Learning & Development in implementing organizational learning strategies.
Responsibilities:
Training & Development
- Deliver and facilitate training programs across adult admissions teams, including onboarding, skills development, and refresher courses.
- Coordinate and maintain learning resources, e-learning modules, and classroom-based materials to ensure consistent program delivery.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop and update training content aligned with operational needs and organizational goals.
- Monitor and report on training participation, completion rates, and immediate learning outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments in collaboration with team leads to identify skill gaps and operational training requirements.
- Support the rollout of new processes, policies, and systems by providing targeted training and reinforcement tools.
- Assist in the implementation of mentorship, coaching, and peer learning programs under the guidance of the Director.
- Continuously collect feedback from participants to improve training quality, engagement, and relevance.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and company learning policies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in a related field with a minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, training, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years managing or facilitating operational training programs, both onsite and remotely.
