Senior Manager, IT - ERP Budget & Spend Management at a glance...
You will be responsible for managing, tracking, and analyzing the financial performance of the ERP Projects, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Kraft's Global SAP S/4 HANA Transformation across a series of regional programs all at multi-million-dollar levels. You will be responsible for the effective management and monitoring of financial data, as well as the development and implementation of financial tracking and reporting processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring our forecasting and projections, as well as projects are managed cost-effectively to maintain adherence to the ERP organization's financial objectives in the short, medium, and long-term.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors

- Developing and implementing financial / value tracking and reporting processes.
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data within the ERP system(s), including analyze and resolve ERP system issues related to financial management and value tracking.
- Develop forecasting tracking and execution model and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
- Provide insight and recommendations to management on ways to improve financial performance through data analysis.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights into financial performance and value tracking. Forecast financial needs / reporting throughout the year.
- Track results and comparing them to key financial targets.

- I have 5+ years of experience in ERP financial management and value tracking.
- I have a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- I have advanced proficiency with ERP systems and financial tracking tools, particularly in the financial management and value tracking area.
- I have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- I have knowledge of overall ERP project lifecycle methodology and discipline.
- I have experience with data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- I have expertise driving organization, process, and system components of the budget/ value tracking area.
