Who You Are

You are a strategic and empathetic technology leader who combines a deep understanding of IT systems with a passion for artificial intelligence, automation, and people development. You have led diverse, high-performing teams that deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent technology solutions. You understand that innovation must be balanced with governance, ensuring AI and IT initiatives align with company values, regulatory requirements, and ethical best practices. You’ll partner closely with peers across Security, Data, and Engineering, fostering a culture of experimentation, transparency, and continuous improvement. Through strategic vendor partnerships, scalable systems, and automation, you’ll empower Justworks employees to do their best work while reducing manual processes and improving system reliability.

A passionate learner and mentor, you’ll guide the next generation of AI and systems engineers toward technical and professional excellence. You’ll build trusted relationships across the organization—from individual contributors to senior leadership—to identify opportunities where IT and AI can make meaningful impact. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role where your vision will shape the future of intelligent, secure, and human-centered technology at Justworks.
