What you will do

  • Reporting to the VP of Tech Alliances, you will become an expert in Sysdig technology and the AI/LLM cloud security landscape.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Research adjacent markets to find and recommend promising AI technology partnerships.
  • Grow ISV Partnerships: Manage and expand existing ISV partner relationships across new products and go-to-market efforts.
  • Boost Open Source and AI Adoption: Collaborate with the Sysdig open source and AI teams to increase usage of projects like Falco and Sysdig Sage
  • Launch & Onboard Partnerships: Establish new partnerships, support sales plays, and handle inbound partner requests into the Technology Partner Program.

What you will bring with you

  • 5+ years of experience building ISV partnerships and ecosystems across security, DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, AI/LLM security, and open-source communities, with deep expertise in cloud security (CNAPP/CSPM/CWPP), DevSecOps, observability/logging, container/K8s platforms, and latest MLOps/LLMOps tooling.
  • Experience building relationships with ISV and and identifying new opportunities for AI adoption & partnership
  • Team player who strives to inspire loyalty
  • Proficiency in leading both executive meetings and technical workshops

The U.S. annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this full-time position is between $216,600 and $297,770 USD/year. This range represents a combination of annual base pay and targeted commission. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors, including your work location, job-related experience and education.
