About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at a college counseling company. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can manage and optimize the customer journey from the very first touchpoint through to post-purchase engagement. You’ll lead the lifecycle marketing team and serve as a key partner to our sales team, aligning our strategies to ensure a seamless and effective customer journey.

Responsibiliities

  • Lifecycle Marketing Strategy & Optimization: Develop and oversee the strategy for the entire customer journey. This includes mapping key touchpoints, nurturing prospective customers from awareness through to sales handoff, and defining all post-sales process engagement. You will also design and manage A/B testing and holdout tests to continually optimize campaigns and communications for maximum effectiveness
  • Team and Resource Management: Lead and mentor the lifecycle marketing team, ensuring their work aligns with strategic goals. You will also collaborate with other teams to manage shared resources and cross-functional project
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with our sales team on lead nurture and lead infrastructure. You'll work together to define and manage lead scoring models and processes, ensuring a smooth handoff from marketing to sales
  • Shared Marketing Services: Manage and oversee cross-functional, collaborative marketing support, including website strategy, performance analysis, and the creation of new collateral and web pages to support marketing, B2B, and sales initiatives
  • Brand Management: Act as a brand champion by maintaining our brand guidelines. You'll ensure all creative assets and communications have the proper look and feel, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all channels
  • Public Relations: Manage public relations agency efforts to enhance brand reputation and drive awareness

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience: 8+ years of proven experience in a similar integrated marketing or lifecycle marketing role, preferably in the education or service industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making. You should be familiar with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems particularly Hubspot, and various testing methodologies.
  • Attributes: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. You're a problem-solver who can thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Management experience: Ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members, creating a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, such as website redesigns or large-scale product launches.

Preferred Requirements

  • Advanced education (MBA, Reforge, or equivalent training) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with positioning, messaging, GTM launches, etc.
  • Background in education, edtech, etc,
