- Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmap decisions with business objectives through data-driven insights.
- Drive joint initiatives with GTM and Finance to maximize revenue and market share.
Execution – Execute with rigor
- Oversee investigations into auction-level performance fluctuations, triage technical and commercial issues, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
- Protect revenue by designing monitoring systems and processes that detect anomalies early and ensure rapid resolution.
Leadership – Lead with impact
- Lead and grow a team of analysts, providing coaching on technical rigor, problem-solving, and business context.
- Represent Supply Intelligence in senior leadership forums, synthesizing auction complexity into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Foster a culture of scalable, reproducible analytics by standardizing workflows, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
Requirements:
- Education: B.A./B.S. in Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.

- Technical: Mastery of SQL and experience with large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Snowflake, Trino). Python skills for data manipulation and automation preferred.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of connecting technical insights to strategic business outcomes.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior leadership decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, able to synthesize technical complexity into clear business narratives.
