Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Incentive Data, Reporting and Analysis, is responsible for performing rigorous performance tracking of our producer incentive programs, including designing and developing the appropriate internal and external tracking tools. Correspondingly, the Sr Manager will work with appropriate team members and markets to evaluate effectiveness of our incentive programs, areas of improvement in utilization or needs, as well as understand and monitor external competitor programs and industry norms and needs.
Fundamental Components:
- Incentive Management Reporting: Work with relevant internal teams to develop internal/external reporting tools that highlight performance of key producers, nationally and by local market on our incentive programs - and identify opportunities of how we can maximize / leverage programs to drive performance performance of our producer partnerships.
- Producer Incentive program evaluation: Develop financial models to determine ROI/effectiveness of incentive programs. Oversee financial modeling of potential changes to programs. Develop internal/external tools to model incentive program payments (both for internal and external audiences).
- Provide strategic and analytical input for the development/refinement of Aetna’s incentive programs.
- Financial Management: Maintain budgeting and forecasting of Broker incentive compensation, and Strategic Partnerships G&A spend.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Financial Reporting and Analysis and strategic business planning within the healthcare insurance industry

5+ years of Project Management / Project Management Consulting

6+ years of Excel
Preferred Qualifications

Tableau, Power BI a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
