The Role You’ll Play:

  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for Dayforce, overseeing configuration, integrations, reporting, and overall system performance.
  • Lead system governance and data integrity across all People systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance globally.
  • Manage system upgrades, implementations, and optimization projects to drive efficiency and enhance usability for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, IT, and People Operations to improve workflows, integrations, and automation across platforms.
  • Translate business needs into system requirements, designing scalable solutions that enhance process efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights to HR leadership and executives.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring Dayforce and other platform partners meet performance and service-level expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a small team or external consultants supporting HRIS functions, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to People Operations leadership on HR technology trends, best practices, and system capabilities that support growth.

Experience You Bring:

  • 8–10 years of progressive HRIS experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Dayforce, including configuration, reporting, payroll integration, and data management.
  • Proven experience managing HR system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, LGPD).
  • Experience leading projects that improve process efficiency and system usability.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.
  • IPO readiness or public company experience is a strong plus.
