Job Description:

Our Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Content will play a key role in scaling how we show up in the market across every channel and funnel stage. This position is ideal for a high-output, systems-driven content leader who is also a hands-on creator. You’ll be responsible for architecting a content engine that transforms product messaging, customer research, and the product roadmap into channel-specific assets, leverages AI for scale and consistency, and drives measurable results against GTM and marketing goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a high-leverage content engine that supports campaign, lifecycle, and brand goals without dependency on manual workflows.
  • Translate product messaging into scalable content across web, email, ads, events, and partner enablement assets.
  • Use AI tools and prompt systems to accelerate consistent, high-performing content creation.
  • Develop modular content frameworks adaptable by segment, buying stage, or channel.
  • Own development of organic social content (primarily LinkedIn) including thought leadership, company posts, and audience-building series.
  • Collaborate with executives and SMEs on ghostwritten content that amplifies reach and point of view.
  • Monitor and analyze performance to drive audience engagement and optimize messaging.
  • Extend the reach of top-performing content across channels and teams.
  • Design and execute content experiments (messaging variants, formats, hooks) to optimize performance.
  • Define, track, and report on metrics at the content level, including engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and retention.
  • Work with analytics to extract insights and iterate based on results.
  • Develop templates and playbooks that reduce friction and improve campaign execution speed.
  • Personally write and produce a wide range of content, including campaign assets, website copy, ads, scripts, and social posts.
  • Create thought leadership content shaped by market insight, not just internal input, with a focus on clarity and utility.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats and customer journey stages.
  • Showcase a portfolio or examples of content that drove measurable outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B content or marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or complex solution categories.
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing content across formats and channels with measurable impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop thought leadership that builds audience and credibility (e.g., LinkedIn, blogs, earned media).
  • Demonstrated ability to write short-form ad and campaign copy that performs.
  • Deep experience with AI tools and agents for drafting, editing, and scaling assets.
  • Strong instincts for content performance across channels and scaling for reach and ROI.
  • Excellent editorial judgment, fast writing ability, and focus on clarity and impact.
  • Strong business acumen balanced with creative exploration.
  • High accountability and an owner’s mindset.
  • Must provide examples of written work and discuss their strategic purpose and results.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation Package ($138,160 - $172,700 base salary + variable component)
  • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage (Health, Dental, Vision)
  • Retirement Savings Plan with an Employer Contribution
  • Professional Development Opportunities
  • Time Off
  • Wellness Initiatives
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Generous Global Parental Leave
  • Calm, free premium subscription
  • Employee Discount Program
