SUMMARY
Wiz is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Field Events to lead our most impactful global experiences — from CxO gatherings to major industry stages. You’ll shape how Wiz shows up in the world, creating moments that connect, inspire, and drive real business impact.
In this role, you’ll build the strategy, structure, and scale behind our flagship field programs, bringing together teams across Field, Partner, CXO, and Brand Marketing. You’ll define what “exceptional” looks like for Wiz events, and ensure that every one of them reflects our brand: simple, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed.
This is a hands-on manager role for someone who can balance big-picture thinking with flawless execution.
LOCATION:
We are focused on candidates located in the East Coast time zone only.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead Global Strategic Events: Own planning and execution for Wiz’s top-tier programs including CSP Summits, Analyst Conferences, and major CISO and industry events.
- Drive Consistency and Impact: Build scalable frameworks for event strategy, branding, and follow-up to ensure a unified Wiz experience worldwide.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Field, Partner, Product, and Brand Marketing, along with the CXO team, to align goals and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Standardize and Scale: Create repeatable playbooks for event planning, measurement, and ROI to ensure every event ladders up to business objectives.
- Protect the Brand: Ensure every touchpoint — from signage to post-event follow-up — feels distinctly Wiz.
- Be On the Ground: Represent Wiz at major global events, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and every interaction leaves a lasting impression. (travel globally ~25%)
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years in Field or Event Marketing, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
- A record of success leading large-scale, executive-level, or global event programs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to align stakeholders at every level.
- Clear communication, executive presence, and a collaborative approach.
- Experience building scalable processes and playbooks.
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical precision.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed (~25%).

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
