At Stellar Cyber, we do not just show up, we stand out. We are looking for a bold, results-driven Senior Manager of Global Field and Event Marketing to design and lead world-class experiences that fuel pipeline, accelerate deals, and elevate our leadership in the cybersecurity market.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a builder who knows how to turn executive events, field programs, and virtual experiences into measurable revenue. You will own the global field and event strategy end to end, partnering tightly with Sales, Channel, and Alliances to ensure every event drives demand, influence, and growth. Reporting to the VP Global Growth and Revenue Marketing, you will play a critical role in scaling Stellar Cyber’s presence across major industry moments, including RSAC and Black Hat, as well as regional roadshows and high-performing webinars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Stellar Cyber’s global field and event marketing strategy, including tier one events, regional events, and virtual events
  • Select, manage, and optimize third-party events and sponsorships based on target accounts, business objectives, and ROI.
  • Drive end-to-end event execution including budgets, vendors, contracts, timelines, logistics, and on-site leadership.
  • Deliver polished, high-impact experiences tailored to senior security, IT, and executive audiences.
  • Plan and produce high-quality webinars and virtual programs
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure events directly support pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Track performance, pipeline influence, and ROI, using data to continuously optimize and scale impact.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to increase efficiency, creativity, and execution speed across programs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in field and event marketing within B2B technology or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale conferences, executive programs, and regional field events tied directly to pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience leading major industry events such as RSAC and Black Hat.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with different teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, high-visibility environment.
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
