We are seeking a highly analytical and process oriented senior manager to spearhead our Global Channel Compliance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for working cross functionally with various groups inside Global Channel, Sales, Pricing and Internal Audit to create monitor and controls across our distribution business. This includes but is not limited to Customer, POS transactions, Ship & Debit transactions, Quotes/Debits, Inventory, Design Registrations, etc.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Assess risk across the global channel landscape; prioritization of such risk
- Establish process to monitor and track gaps/stop gaps across the network
- Own and enhance Policy Procedure Manual as well as Distributor Contracts
- Work closely with Internal Audit, Legal, Trade Compliance for any findings from audit reviews
- 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Ops or Distribution
- Understanding of the Distribution Channel Management Ecosystem
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or internal audit functions
- Familiarity leading large projects with data report out, creation of action items, and driving to closure
- Ability to drive efficiency/automation for various data points rather than manual effort
