Your Impact
We’re looking for a talented Senior Manager of FP&A to join our Finance team. In this role, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. You will also serve as a key business partner that supports decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting
What You’ll Do - In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide actionable insights that drive data-based decision making
- Lead the development and coordination of the business unit’s annual budgeting and monthly / quarterly forecasting processes
- Provide key inputs into the long-range and strategic planning process
- Deliver monthly financial reports including variance analysis and KPI dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare materials for business reviews and board meetings
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial models and reporting systems
- Support M&A activity through financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning, as applicable
What You'll Bring - To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements, modeling, and corporate finance principles
- Proven team player skills and experience from guiding pricing and/or pricing analytics in both product sales, after-sales and Saas sales
- Excellent Excel and Financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects and teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in fast paced environment, ideally a private equity backed portfolio company (Preferred)
- Experience with NetSuite and data visualization tools, e.g. PowerBI (Preferred)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting (Preferred)
