About this Role 

As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Trustmi’s growth. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of all field marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with sales, demand generation, and sales development to create impactful territory and account marketing plans. Your work will ensure all Trustmi field activities reflect our brand leadership and innovative approach to payment security. You’ll define what success looks like in the field while building scalable playbooks that drive measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Sales Alignment: Partner closely with sales to align field marketing activities with strategic goals for key regions. 
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop targeted account and territory-specific programs to engage prospects in high-priority accounts and regions. 
  • Field Events: Identify key industry events, conferences, and regional opportunities to sponsor. Budget, plan and execute unique hosted events that generate leads and nurture existing opportunities. 
  • Large Conferences: Own the budget, planning, and execution of large conferences such as RSA, BlackHat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, AFP, and more.  
  • Channel Events: Build relationships with top channel partners in key markets. Develop and execute event plans to enhance engagement and awareness among resellers and their customers. 
  • Operations: Create a scalable playbook for field and channel marketing, establishing clear expectations, roles, and metrics. Plan and execute all related initiatives. 
  • Performance Management: Set and meet pipeline targets, taking ownership of Trustmi’s Field Marketing Program’s success. 
     
Requirements
  • A passion for making a meaningful impact at a high-growth, fast-paced company. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B marketing, with expertise in field marketing, channel marketing, and account-based strategies at a cybersecurity company. 
  • Experience working with sales, demand generation, and ABM teams, ideally in SaaS or tech. 
  • Experience running events with channel partners in the cybersecurity industry i.e. Guidepoint, Optiv, etc. 
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on tactical execution. 
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
