Your Impact
As the Senior Manager, Digital Services you are responsible for the growth, optimization, and operational integrity of Lowe's Digital Services Marketplace for assigned installed services categories. This role owns the development of new installed services programs from concept through launch by identifying high-potential opportunities, assessing technology level of effort, and validating service provider network capabilities.
This leader is accountable for optimizing the end-to-end digital services experience, driving attach rate, maintaining strong data hygiene, and delivering against a digital services sales plan. The role partners closely with Technology, Product, Services, Merchandising, and external service providers to ensure services are scalable, customer-centric, and financially viable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, development, and launch of new installed services programs for assigned product categories.
  • Analyze customer, sales, and operational data to identify services with the highest revenue, attach, and customer experience potential.
  • Partner with Technology and Product teams to assess level of effort, sequencing, and feasibility of new services initiatives.
  • Collaborate with service providers to evaluate network capacity, geographic coverage, and operational readiness.
  • Develop and manage the digital services roadmap for assigned categories, aligning initiatives to business priorities and sales goals.
  • Optimize the digital services customer experience by improving service discovery, attachment, conversion, and checkout flows.
  • Lead initiatives to drive attach rate growth through merchandising, pricing, bundling, and experience improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and hygiene across assigned services categories, including service definitions, pricing, coverage, and attributes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators including digital sales, attach rate, conversion, fulfillment performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver against a digital services sales plan and regularly report performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Services, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Support teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify and resolve operational or experience gaps impacting services performance, escalating when needed.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor associates in support of team objectives and Lowe's mission.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, services, marketplace, or business development
  • Experience developing and launching new programs or products in a digital environment
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver digital capabilities
  • Experience working with external service providers or partners
  • 5+ years of people leadership, directly or indirectly
  • Experience driving revenue, attach, or conversion metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, project management, engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable

Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Master's degree in business administration or related field
