At NVIDIA, we have been at the forefront of transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. Our legacy of innovation has fueled our raped expansion into the forefront of AI to become the world leader in artificial intelligence and data center computing. We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and technically savvy marketing leader to join the Enterprise Marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead a small but high-impact team focused on scaling our presence across Open Source Software Initiatives, Lighthouse Model partners, High Performance Computing (HPC), and CUDA-X software. You will define and implement developer-first go-to-market strategies that bring NVIDIA’s ecosystem leadership to life — and help shape the future of AI, supercomputing, and accelerated computing. Want to make a difference? Come join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
Owning the strategy and marketing execution across Open Source Software, Lighthouse Models, CUDA-X, and HPC developer ecosystems.
Defining launch objectives, target audiences, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for developer and ecosystem campaigns.
Partnering closely with product marketing, engineering, comms, and developer relations to build programs that resonate with technical audiences and showcases NVIDIA leadership.
Overseeing integrated campaign execution: beat planning, developer journeys, asset development, and post-launch optimization.
Using analytics and reporting tools to assess performance and drive continuous improvement across programs.
Managing and mentoring a small team of campaign marketers supporting these initiatives globally.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
12 plus overall years of experience in developer, product, or ecosystem marketing in a high-tech or software-focused company with 5+ years of management experience.
Experience leading integrated digital campaigns across OSS, AI, HPC, or developer platforms.
Strong technical understanding of accelerated computing, open-source frameworks, and model ecosystems.
Shown success running cross-functional programs, messaging development, and digital execution.
Strong organizational and project management skills — ability to orchestrate multiple complex efforts.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in open source community engagement and foundation partnerships.
Deep knowledge of AI models, inference frameworks, and developer workflows (e.g., CUDA-X, PyTorch, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM).
Experience marketing HPC, supercomputing, or advanced research software solutions.
Proven success building high-performing marketing teams and launching major ecosystem programs.
Strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complexity, influence across teams, and drive measurable results.
