Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth for our advisory services. Reporting to the Partner leading the service area or industry, you will lead client engagements, manage teams, and influence the development of our professionals. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to make a lasting impact.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and converting one-time projects into long-term advisory relationships.
- Advise clients on technology and cybersecurity strategies, including infrastructure management and security best practices.
- Develop and oversee technology roadmaps, conduct quarterly business reviews, and manage renewals for assigned accounts.
- Maintain deep expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365, Teams, Security), Microsoft Azure, and managed service solutions to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate across service areas to deliver holistic solutions, foster industry alignment, and expand client relationships.
- Lead sales pursuits through proposal development, engagement letters, and coordination with partners and business development teams.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth and leadership readiness.
- Promote thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, and participation in market-facing initiatives.
- Contribute to growth strategy by assessing opportunities, planning initiatives, and executing service plans aligned with industry trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten+ years' experience in a professional services firm or eight+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area plus three+ years in professional services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consulting advisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience selling professional services.
