What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for National Accounts customers, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and successful transition into Lowe's Pro programs and services.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Credit, Account Services, ePro, and other operational teams to align activities, remove barriers, and ensure successful execution throughout onboarding and contract support processes.
- Manage the National Accounts contract lifecycle, including deal development, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing execution.
- Oversee onboarding projects and related customer implementations, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to timelines, and strong coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Expand team support beyond initial onboarding to include coordination across renewals, amendments, operational transitions, and ongoing execution needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and Sales to improve adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term customer success.
- Analyze customer data, onboarding trends, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for process improvement, stronger execution, and better customer outcomes.
- Ensure effective account setup, customer transition support, and coordination of required documentation, reference materials, escalation paths, and handoffs to ongoing account support teams.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback, monitor results, and continuously improve the onboarding and contract support model to reduce friction, accelerate speed to value, and support business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5 Years Experience in sales, account management, customer onboarding, customer success, contract operations, or related customer-facing business support functions.
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience supporting customer implementations, operational transitions, or contract-related processes.
- Experience with eCommerce, third-party platforms, or complex account/customer setup processes.
