About the Role:

Hello Heart is seeking a savvy, people-first Senior Manager, Consultant Relations to join our fast-growing Consultant Relations team. If you’re energized by building real relationships, love blending strategy with impact, and know the consulting world like the back of your hand, we want to meet you. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales efforts, helping us make deeper connections with consultants who influence some of the biggest benefit decisions out there. You’ll champion Hello Heart’s story in the market, highlight our unique edge, and help shape a better healthcare experience for millions.


Responsibilities:

  • Grow meaningful relationships with benefits consultants in your West Coast region to open doors for new business and increase Hello Heart’s visibility.
  • Partner closely with sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, and marketing teams to create momentum with prospective clients.
  • Co-lead and participate in engaging, educational, and social events (in-person and virtual) with regional consulting offices—bringing the best of Hello Heart to life with support from our internal experts.
  • Collaborate with key groups at Hello Heart (sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, marketing) to advance opportunities with prospective clients through our pipeline
  • Coordinate and participate in events with key consulting firm offices in your assigned region to further build your network and awareness of Hello Heart; leverage the expertise and resources of our internal Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partners teams to make events successful 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background and interest in healthcare and benefits consulting and experience in sales and/or relationship management. This role sits within the Growth organization and reports directly to our VP of Consultant Relations.  

  • 5+ years working in Consultant Relations or a similar role in benefits or digital health.
  • Deep experience from a consulting or brokerage firm (bonus points for working with Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, or Lockton).
  • Strong existing relationships across the consultant ecosystem.
  • A track record with innovative digital health solutions, especially in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Strong communication skills—you’re a confident speaker, sharp writer, and authentic connector.
  • Comfort with digital tools and social selling; you’re proactive about using technology to build and manage relationships.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset—you know how to navigate ambiguity, prioritize your time, and hustle with heart.
  • Willingness to travel (~50%) to connect in person and keep relationships real.
  • You’re based on the West Coast and excited to represent Hello Heart in this region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000.00 to $170,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits
