Candidate MUST live in NV and be able to travel 50% within the state.
Position Purpose: Assist with the development and execution of Health Plan's statewide community engagement strategies leveraging community resources. This includes the establishment and maintenance of strategic community partners and key internal stakeholders to successfully support member retention and growth and improve quality improvement scores.
Lead the design and execution of statewide Community Giving strategy to improve community health and support SilverSummit, Nevada Medicaid, our community needs.
Identify and establish relationships and agreements with community partners (CBOs, count agencies, provider, etc.)
Manage metric relationships to secure internal resources to operate CRCs
Oversee Community Health Services division including housing supports, justice re-entry program, career development program, community outreach and engagement, and team of community health workers.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, related field or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of community relations or strategic planning experience required. 7+ years of supervisory/management experience.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business or Public Health and Project Management Certification. Experience leading initiatives informed by community health needs assessments, developing advisory structures, managing funding portfolios.
