Knak is a mission-driven company

Why? Because our time is limited, our competition is fierce, and our margin for error is small. For us to have the greatest impact on the world, we need to be laser focused on our core mission, which is...

Empowering people to be creative.

That’s why Knak exists.

We are a world-class enterprise email and landing page creation platform with a focus on making successful and happy customers by providing them with an incredibly powerful, yet easy to use creation platform.

Our industry leading SaaS solution is built by Marketers, for Marketers. We know that it’s the small things that make the biggest impact and that emails and landing pages are where the rubber hits the road when it comes to Marketing Automation. We change the way Marketers work by making them more efficient, while improving conversion rate of their campaigns and helping them stay on brand.

Oh, and we have a bit of fun while doing it, too!

About the Role

We’re not looking for a content manager. We’re looking for a modern storyteller, creative producer, and internal showrunner to shape and scale Knak’s brand voice. You’ll be the one turning big ideas into bold campaigns - from video-led stories to sharp POVs on LinkedIn - and making sure Knak stands out in a crowded market.

We’re a small and mighty team, which means you’ll wear a few hats: part creator, part strategist, part orchestrator. You’ll work side-by-side with our Lifecycle Email SME, Digital Marketing Manager, and our exec team to make sure what we’re building gets the spotlight it deserves - and that our insights get turned into content that earns attention, trust, and action.

This isn’t about cranking out gated assets for MQLs. It’s about building a brand that earns trust, attention, and community - the real drivers of modern growth.

What You’ll DoStrategy & Leadership
  • Help define and evolve Knak’s brand voice, tone, and storytelling strategy.
  • Lead campaign storytelling - from the first spark of an idea through execution.
  • Set the content calendar and key campaign moments with digital and product marketing.
  • Push us past safe, same-same marketing into content that’s bold, creative, and memorable.
Content Creation & Production
  • Concept and produce scroll-stopping content: short-form video, meme-driven posts, blog series, LinkedIn carousels, and more (including a flagship Benchmark report).
  • Be hands-on: show up in content - on camera, in writing, and behind the scenes.
  • Tap into internal SMEs, customers, and leadership to bring fresh stories to life.
  • Partner with freelancers and creators to scale production without sacrificing quality.
Distribution & Engagement
  • Build content for distribution, not just publication.
  • Own how Knak shows up across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, and partner channels.
  • Collaborate with digital (paid + SEO) to amplify reach and impact.
  • Measure what works, remix it, and double down on the winners.
  • Translate creative ideas into measurable reach and brand impact, with growth metrics as your feedback loop.
  • Test and evaluate emerging digital channels
About You
  • 5–8+ years in content, brand, creative, or media roles (ideally SaaS or B2B).
  • A portfolio of content that broke through the noise and made people stop scrolling.
  • You think in story arcs and distribution loops, not just headlines.
  • You’re fluent in LinkedIn and social-first storytelling, with a feel for modern creator energy.
  • You’re not afraid to be on camera - and you know how to help others shine too.
  • Deeply collaborative, quick to experiment, and allergic to boring.
Bonus Points If You...
  • Have worked with a marketing automation audience or built content for technical buyers
  • Can work in Figma, video editing tools, or social video platforms
  • Have experience managing freelancers, editors, or creative partners
  • Have ghostwritten for execs or helped shape public-facing thought leadership
The Impact You’ll Make
  • We’re small, nimble, and ambitious - which means your ideas won’t get lost in layers. You’ll see your work in market fast.
  • You’ll help define what “great” looks like in B2B content - and push Knak past the safe, same-same work everyone else is doing.
  • You’ll get the runway to take big creative swings - and the trust to land them.
  • You’ll join a high-trust, low-ego team that’s serious about doing great work and having fun while doing it.
