- Leads organization and managers with responsibility for teams which include Business Analysts, Business Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Project Managers.
- Responsible for establishing and leading the developing of business Master Data Governance organization, processes, and KPIs.
- Leads change management (change requests) and other technology changes across the SAP S/4 HANA business and production system.
- Manages SAP S/4 HANA tickets, service level agreement (SLA) performance and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conducts value stream mapping through the SAP S/4 HANA system and business workflows to continuously improve system capability.
- Sits on the business leadership team and integrates across value streams with key business and IT leaders.
- Manages and leads the business future technology roadmap and investment process.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- SAP Experience: Minimum 5-7 years leading business sustainment teams in an SAP run business.
- Leadership: Minimum 5-7 years managing or leading teams.
- Project Management: Minimum 5-7 years managing complex technology and/or digital project implementations.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- SAP Methodology: A solid grasp of SAP Activate methodology, which outlines how enablement and training roles integrate into each deployment phase (from Discover to Run).
- Business Process Awareness: In-depth understanding of standard E2E (End-to-End) processes mapped in SAP, such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Source-to-Pay (STP), or Record-to-Report. Leaders must translate system configuration choices into real-world business impacts.
- Digital Adoption Tools: Proficiency with SAP Enable Now, Walk Me or equivalent digital adoption platforms (DAPs) used to create, distribute, and manage live context-based e-learning modules, simulations, and playbooks.
