About This Role:

We are seeking a Senior Manager,  Organizational Design and AI Transformation to lead our efforts in reimagining work, job roles, and organizational structures as we scale and look to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools across our functions and business units. This pivotal role will partner closely with HRBPs and teams to analyze how work is done, optimize organizational design, and proactively prepare our workforce for growth and the future of AI-driven operations.

In this role, you will be a key driver in shaping our future by translating technological advancements into practical, human-centric organizational solutions. You will champion innovation, facilitate change, and empower our employees to thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Job & Work Redesign: Collaborate with functional leaders and teams implementing AI tools to analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation and augmentation, and redesign job roles and processes to leverage AI effectively. This includes defining new responsibilities, skill requirements, and interdependencies.
  • Organizational Design & Optimization: Partner with HRBPs and leaders to assess current organizational structures. Design and recommend new organizational models that optimize efficiency, collaboration, and value creation i that supports long-term strategic goals and M&A activity.
  • Workforce Reskilling & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for reskilling and upskilling the broader workforce to ensure successful growth at scale and evolving skills needs.  This includes identifying critical new skills, designing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Workforce Planning & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis and forecasting of organization-level workforce changes, including changes resulting from the implementation of automation and AI. Provide insights and recommendations to HRBPs and  leadership on future talent needs, potential role shifts, and strategic staffing adjustments.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Lead change management initiatives related to organizational design changes or adoption of new ways of working, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and measuring success of changes made.
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and technology teams on all matters related to AI's impact on people, work, and organizational design, while strengthening HRBP capability to independently lead and sustain this work within their functions.
  • Skills Intelligence & AI Workforce Strategy: Own the enterprise application of skills and labor‑market intelligence (e.g., Lightcast) to inform AI‑driven job redesign, workforce planning, and organizational decisions. Translate internal and external skills data into clear insights on role evolution, emerging capabilities, automation impact, and future talent needs.
  • Best Practices & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in AI, organizational design, and workforce transformation, integrating relevant insights into our strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational design, change management, workforce planning, or a related HR consulting role, with a strong focus on technology-driven transformations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in business contexts. Experience with AI implementation projects is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective job redesign and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Strong experience in developing and executing workforce reskilling and development programs.
  • Experience enabling and consulting  with HR Business Partners  in organizational design, workforce planning, or large‑scale transformation work.
  • Experience leading or operationalizing skills‑based workforce initiatives, labor‑market intelligence, or AI‑informed talent strategies within a complex organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to forecast and model complex organizational changes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$138,000.00 - $180,000.00
