Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions that enhance business intelligence, optimize operations, and elevate client experiences. This role will lead end-to-end ML initiatives and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, production-ready models.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full ML lifecycle from data exploration to production deployment.

  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to align solutions with business needs.

  • Design and implement scalable ML pipelines with robust CI/CD practices.

  • Ensure model performance, reliability, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; PhD is a plus.

  • 3–5+ years of experience deploying ML models in production environments.

  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

  • Strong understanding of ML algorithms and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Core Competencies:

  • Expertise in MLOps principles and tools for deployment and monitoring.

  • Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets; experience with Spark is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Pay Range:

$111,788-$186,313/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Additionally, LPL Total Rewards package is highly competitive, designed to support your success at work, at home, and at play – such as 401K matching, health benefits, employee stock options, paid time off, volunteer time off, and more.
