Position Description:

• 建立和维护与省级及重点地市级卫健委，招标办及相关政府部门的良好关系。跟进重点行业协会，解读与预判地方医疗政策的发展方向，并结合公司业务发现机会和管控风险，加强政策影响力；
• 预判区域内招标、物价、医保、卫生改革政策，提早与业务进行政策沟通，准确解读相关政策文件，并结合公司业务需求给与应对策略的建议 ;
• 密切关注区域内带量采购项目，掌握各重要政府集中采购的时间节点，提前预警，充分沟通公司的立场和诉求。同时，及时掌握及与业务部门沟通区域内招标政策及信息，在每个关键阶段与相关政府部门保持紧密沟通，参与制定投标策略，支持项目赢率的提升；
• 与业务部门保持良好的合作与协调，了解业务需求，帮助梳理招标等市场准入目标和策略，以及推动行动计划；
• 完成部门领导布置的其它工作。

Qualifications and Experiences:

• 大学本科及以上学历（具备公共卫生、医疗保险、临床医学、生物医学、经济学等多维度的知识结构的候选人优先考虑）；
• 8年以上医疗行业政府事务、市场准入、招标相关岗位工作经验；
• 熟悉医疗行业现状对中国医疗器械行业的市场现状和发展前景，，熟悉所负责辖区的行政及事务主管部门；
• 较强的政策敏感度及政策解读、分析和应对能力；
• 优秀的执行力，沟通表达能力。较强的资源整合及跨团队合作，以及突发事件应变能力；
• 正直诚信。
