Own email and CRM end-to-end: select and implement an ESP/CRM, build sending infrastructure and deliverability, design lifecycle flows (onboarding, trial-to-paid, cart abandonment, payment failures, win-back), design segmentation with BI, and measure channel revenue and cohort LTV.

TL;DR

Formula is the AI-powered wellness companion that grew out of the top-ranking Keto Diet App in the US, built by a deliberately small team. We're hiring a Senior Lifecycle & CRM Manager to own email and CRM end-to-end — from platform selection and deliverability to the lifecycle flows around onboarding, trial-to-paid and payments — and to turn the channel into a measurable revenue line.

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who thinks in money: reasons in LTV, cohort revenue, setup cost and channel ROI, and treats open rate and CTR as diagnostics rather than goals.

  • A builder, not a strategist: has stood up the infrastructure with their own hands, rather than signing off an agency's work or defending it in a deck.

  • Engineering patience for deliverability: comfortable that the first months are domains, warm-up and reputation, not beautiful campaigns.

  • High agency: runs the channel like a mini-product and arrives with problems and hypotheses, not waiting for a brief.

  • A likely path here: an email/CRM owner in consumer subscription who hit the ceiling inside a large team and wants the whole channel.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the channel end-to-end: select and implement the ESP/CRM platform — from vendor comparison and negotiation through to full launch.

  • Stand up and hold the sending infrastructure: domains, authentication, warm-up, reputation, monitoring — so that mail lands in the inbox.

  • Build the lifecycle flows at the key points of the funnel: onboarding, trial-to-paid, abandoned cart, payment failures, win-back and reactivation.

  • Design segmentation and trigger logic on product and billing data, working directly with BI.

  • Own the channel's money: incremental revenue, cohort LTV, retention impact — and be able to show that contribution in numbers.

Must Have

  • Has personally built or substantially rebuilt email/CRM infrastructure from scratch: ESP selection, domains, integrations, templates.

  • Real deliverability experience — warming new domains, working through reputation and spam-filter incidents — not SPF/DKIM/DMARC in theory.

  • Consumer subscription background (trial-to-paid, renewals, churn, win-back) and the ability to quantify the channel's contribution in revenue terms.

  • Has worked without a playbook or a detailed brief, in a small team where you scope the work yourself.

  • Fluent Russian-speaker and Professional working English (B2).

Nice to Have

  • Push, SMS and in-app as part of a single CRM orchestration.

  • Health, fitness or wellness subscriptions.

  • Hands-on HTML email build.

  • ESP migrations and vendor negotiation.

  • Ambition to grow into a CRM/Lifecycle Lead role as the channel expands.

What We Offer

  1. Inspiring Mission: Help users live longer, healthier lives through innovative products.

  2. Impact: Directly influence company growth with minimal bureaucracy.

  3. Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

  4. Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours.

  5. Professional Development: Tuition reimbursement.

  6. Remote Work: Fully remote, with a preference for candidates within ±2 hours of CET.

  7. Benefits: Health insurance, gym membership reimbursement, home office support.
