- Learning Technology Administration & Automation
- Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of learning technology integrations (e.g., HRIS to LMS) to ensure seamless data flow and user experience across platforms.
- Stay current on learning technology trends and lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of new platforms and capabilities.
- Oversee license management across the learning technology ecosystem to ensure compliance and cost-effective utilization.
- Guide troubleshooting and resolution of user issues while maintaining system reliability and data integrity.
- Advise learning designers, educators, and facilitators on effective use of digital tools and support technology integration into learning programs.
- Drive automation initiatives that streamline learning workflows and improve the learner experience.
- Evaluate, pilot, and continuously improve learning technologies based on user feedback, system performance, and emerging trends.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Design, maintain, and enhance enterprise dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to measure learning operations, engagement, and impact.
- Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and establish consistent data capture practices.
- Translate learning and business data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and progress tracking.
- Knowledge Management & AI Enablement
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve content discovery, personalization, and learner support.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives that convert institutional expertise into scalable, reusable learning assets.
- Support efforts to structure, tag, and organize learning content using consistent taxonomy and governance standards.
- Process & Workflow Optimization
- Champion the automation of learning operations processes.
- Ensure compliance with learning standards, data governance requirements, and operational best practices.
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting learning technologies, learning operations, or related digital enablement roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience, education, or training may be considered.
- Strong experience administering learning platforms and supporting enterprise-scale learning environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, analyze data, and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Tech-forward mindset with curiosity for emerging tools, including AI-enabled learning solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong focus on user experience and operational excellence.
- This position requires less than 10% travel.
