Enable product knowledge: Translate deeply technical product information into easy-to-understand learning experiences for pre and post sales teams.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with various stakeholders within the organization to analyze performance problems, design, develop, and deliver engaging content in a variety of formats including live presentations, on-demand learning, resources, videos, and assessments.
Build and manage content: Work within our CMS/LMS to create, upload, and manage content while maintaining quality and consistency across learning experiences.
Innovate with AI: Explore and experiment with integrating generative AI and other emerging technologies into instructional design and GTM team workflows.
Own Projects: Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time, even amid shifting priorities or ambiguity.
