In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Treasury Management Consulting
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with government and public entities
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of treasury solutions, products, and services
  • Skilled in building strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
  • Excellent verbal. written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Ranges:
Minneapolis, MN: Pay Range Annually $159,000-$254,000
Chicago, IL: Pay Range Annually $ 175,000-$279,000

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
