The Senior Lead Sales Engineer will partner with sales teams, deliver advanced technical solutions, mentor team members, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include technical presentations, overseeing complex solution architectures, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

- Partner with the Director of Sales Engineering to deliver advanced technical solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring scalability and alignment with client requirements.
- Execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and contributing to the development of long-term sales engineering strategies.
- Lead discussions on complex solution architectures, crafting blueprints for seamless integration and implementation.
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements, including discovery calls, demonstrations, and addressing advanced technical challenges.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical growth and alignment across the sales engineering team.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for enterprise-specific features and influence roadmap priorities.
- Develop reusable tools, frameworks, and templates to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the sales engineering function.
- Present technical solutions to senior stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility as a technical advisor.
What You'll Bring to the TableTechnical Knowledge:
- Advanced expertise in advertising technology, including DSP architecture, identity resolution, API integrations, and data management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with software development concepts and scalable solution design.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and address complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects, including cross-functional collaboration and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to create and maintain reusable tools, templates, and frameworks that streamline technical workflows.
- Strong experience in developing scalable, client-specific integration solutions.
- Proven track record of working with senior enterprise stakeholders, including presenting solutions and influencing decision-making.
- Ability to build trust with clients by demonstrating professionalism, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset.
