This role is focused on driving actionable analysis and establishing robust process governance for the Loyalty & Rewards platform team. In this role, you will:
- Analyze rewards data to generate actionable insights that inform business strategy and decision-making
- Develop and maintain standardized processes to support the efficient operation of the rewards platform
- Lead and execute card governance processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Prepare and present analysis, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business processes and share best practices across teams
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for process effectiveness and business outcomes
- Provide transparency into business priorities and product delivery through clear documentation and communication
- Support change management initiatives to continuously improve platform operations and customer experience
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in banking or financial services, prior employment experience with a credit card issuer is preferred
- Prior experience with credit card loyalty, rewards, or card platforms
- Familiarity with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements for card products
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations
- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, including senior executives, translate complex strategies into clear, actionable insights, and create compelling executive-level presentations
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and support organizational transformation
- This role offers a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
