- Demonstrate experience leading and solutioning across key product lines relevant for this client segment.

- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Treasury Management or Global Payments experience in this client segment or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proven ability to lead and execute business growth strategies across complex product lines, with a focus on payments, liquidity, and treasury management.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies in financial services (e.g., ISO 20022, real-time payments, APIs).
- Strong track record of cultivating and managing senior-level client relationships, with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across various teams including Product, Sales, Technology, Risk, and Compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing thought leadership content, white papers, and client presentations
