In this role you will:
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
- Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of digital product management experience in an agile environment supporting banking/financial services businesses.
- 5+ years of commercial and/or large corporate lending experience across a broad spectrum of lending products, collateral types, and business segments with an emphasis in credit/underwriting, credit risk, or portfolio management
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital products from concept to production, in a cross line of business or enterprise environment including data sourcing and integration requirements with both internal and 3rd party/external providers
- Demonstrated experience developing measurement systems to support product performance analysis including OKR / KPI framework and model evaluation needs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners/subject matter experts and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives.
- Experience delivering complex GenAI use cases.
