About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant, to support the Head of Diverse Segments for Commercial Banking. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the trusted advisor/delegate for the Commercial Banking (CB) Diverse Segments leader
  • Assist the CB Diverse Segments Leader in developing and maintaining the Diverse Segments Business Plan, and driving accountability/execution through regular assessment of progress against the priorities and KPIs
  • Create executive-ready presentations (monthly business reviews, strategic updates, etc.) with clear, consistent messaging and meaningful, actionable insights through data
  • Use excellent communication skills to facilitate meetings at the executive and senior leader levels and down throughout the organization
  • Facilitate the effective execution of client events, conferences and sponsorships as aligned to Commercial Banking’s policies, procedures, and standards.   Ensure the close coordination across all lines of business within Commercial Banking for seamless and successful client events, ensuring the events have a One CB and One WF lens
  • Lead complex, cross-organizational strategic initiatives driven by Diverse Segments with Commercial Banking wide impact
  • Uphold strong relationships and partnerships across Commercial Banking lines of business, segments, sales enablement, risk & control, HR, Finance, etc.
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to the broader Diverse Segments leadership team to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Drive the resolution of complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and scalable solutions
  • Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to present to executive and senior leadership teams effectively, to then cascade clear and concise messaging down through the layers in the organization
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; Ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint decks and talking points, and prepare OC+1 and OC+2 leaders for C-suite level meetings, forums, and client events
  • Ability to create storylines through visuals and data
  • Execution experience leading broad and detailed initiatives across multiple constituencies and teams
  • Ability to effectively run large-scale and line of business meetings, agendas and directives with little direction
  • Organizational attention to detail in dealing with client-facing events – from inception, planning, pre-clearance through to policy approvals and successful execution
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, with accountability both to CB Diverse Segments Leader and to the Market Coverage Business Manager
  • Front line or client-facing experience preferred

Base Compensation Range:

  • Charlotte, North Carolina: $120,400 - $250,000 USD Annual

  • New York City, New York: $138,500 - $287,600 USD Annual
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota: $120,400 - $250,000 USD Annual
  • Phoenix, Arizona: $120,400 - $250,000 USD Annual
  • Scottsdale, Arizona: $120,400 - $250,000 USD Annual

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
