Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant to solve complex problems which require generative and agentic AI solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business
- Provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
- Provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation
- Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience designing solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI Solutions
- Exposure to AI related framework (Crew AI, LangChain/LangGraph, Google ADK, A2A protocols)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills, Tableau experience is advantageous
- Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership. Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders
- Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships. Ability to manage effectively within a matrixed organization
- Exhibits the right balance of confidence and humility through exceptional listening skills
- Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives
- Highly organized and detailed and detailed-oriented, with a strategic mindset
- Customer-centric approach and adept at navigating through ambiguity
- Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
