About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to work across the CSBB Finance National Branch Network (NBN) Business Intelligence team, as well as other partner organizations to enable actionable reporting.  This role will also identify opportunities to create automation and efficiencies with data processing across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for reports covering various topics such as customer experience, activity, and growth, which align to the National Branch Network strategy and help drive customer and business outcomes. We are seeking creative artistic candidates with the ability to craft and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools using an innovative and unique approach.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of reports and dashboards across various topics while also defining the required supporting data architecture.
  • Advise line of business, companywide functions, and leadership on business strategies through ad hoc requests based on research of performance metrics and trends. 
  • Manipulate and process large datasets using analytical and reporting features of multiple tools.
  • Provide guidance in the identification and development of new reporting concepts and designs.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams, providing assistance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into actions.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed.

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Power BI Cloud experience.
  • Advanced level skills in data visualization tools (ideally Power BI or Tableau) with hands on experience building and maintaining visualizations.
  • Experience with data querying tools such as SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SAS.
  • In depth knowledge of Wells Fargo database environments (CBDW, C2T/MDSS, BMG, EIW).
  • Experience mentoring and serving as a peer-coach to other analysts with the ability to transfer skills and knowledge to peers.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong presentation skills – written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to multiple audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer and employee experience.
  • Ability to take apart existing processes to find the issue and re-engineer them.
  • Proven success building and maintaining strong credible relationships with key stakeholders.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
