The role:

As a Senior Key Account Manager you will help drive our goals by:

  • Developing and implementing best-in-class Key Account processes for assigned accounts in accordance with JM code of ethics and EHS policy and practices

  • Ensuring Catalyst Technologies’ Key Account strategy is implemented for assigned accounts.

  • Deploying sector and BU pricing strategy for assigned Key Accounts

  • Managing existing product & service portfolio including enhancing value proposition of current offer, optimising pricing for products & services, lifecycle management etc.

  • Driving customer relationships and seeking partnerships to bring growth, profitability and value to JM and Key Accounts

  • Driving contract renewals and negotiations for Long Term Supply Agreements for assigned Key Accounts

  • Developing customer strategy and delivering demonstrative value for assigned Key Accounts, including internal stakeholder management (I.e., R&D, Central Engineering function, Technology Leads, BD&I, etc.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Degree in a scientific/technical or business field or significant experience.

  • Expertise in business-to-business sales and marketing.

  • Understanding the catalyst technologies marketplace.

  • Experience leading sizeable and geographically dispersed teams.

  • Experience leading within a global multi-national business.
