The delivery of sales goals will be your primary responsibility, building strong customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth searching for new opportunities and improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the full P&L and customer management for the Norwegian Retail business, with an ambition to triple revenue in three years
- Drive the go-to-market change, establishing robust relationships with Norwegian retailers
- Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives
- Implement field sales strategies and strategic partnerships
- Formulate Joint Business Plans and long-term country strategic plans
- Craft a comprehensive portfolio strategy to maximize market impact
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus
- +4 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Key Account within the Norwegian retail market.
- Management, experience from Grocery/FMCG Retail is a plus
- Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is crucial
- Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish, along with proficiency in English (both written and oral).
