About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to help us automate the IT processes for Grow Therapy, and who will work on workflow automation, systems integration, and scalable infrastructure improvements. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of six IT professionals reporting directly into the Director of IT. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and SaaS app provisioning using Okta Workflows, Python scripts, and third-party APIs
  2. Lead cross-functional automation projects by gathering requirements from IT support, Security, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that reduce toil and improve consistency and security
  3. Evaluate and apply the right automation tools (e.g., scripting, low-code platforms, integration middleware, or AI-driven solutions) to solve a wide range of IT and business process challenges
  4. Own technical documentation, change control submissions, and rollout planning to ensure automation is auditable, supportable, and aligned with IT governance practices. Strong project management skills are required.
  5. Continuously monitor and improve automation coverage, identifying bottlenecks, system gaps, and areas where automation can unlock scalability

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Okta Workflows, including designing and maintaining complex identity automation flows
  • Track record of leading projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and maintenance, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools and platforms and how they can be leveraged to optimize IT operations, with experience building scripts and tools that automate repetitive IT tasks.
  • Python or other scripting experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs, including user provisioning, access control, and data sync use cases is a big plus

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - 145,000 USD.

Please Note:  Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.
