Job Description

Job Summary

Rresponsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business needs into technical requirements by designing and implementing software solutions to optimize operations, acting as a bridge between the business and IT departments within an organization; their key duties include gathering requirements from stakeholders, creating system designs, conducting testing, and providing user training to ensure smooth system adoption.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions and interviews to gather requirements for system and process improvements.
  • Define and document process flows, mockups, user stories, and business rules for team alignment.
  • Recommend and implement process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Align solutions with organizational goals by partnering with business and IT teams.
  • Develop technical specifications and collaborate with development and QA teams for accurate implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end UAT, including planning, execution, and validation.
  • Create training strategies and documentation to support system adoption.
  • Oversee deliverables, timelines, and status reporting for assigned initiatives.
  • Analyze data to generate insights influencing business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to system governance by developing standards and best practices.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth.
  • Applies advanced knowledge and independent judgment to address complex, non-routine problems.
  • Considers internal and external factors that may impact work outcomes and contributes to achievement of operational, project, or service objectives.
  • Individual contributor performing work independently; seeks guidance as appropriate for highly complex matters.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Computer Science, CIS or related field.

Experience

  • Typically requires 2-4 years of related work experience
